The Challenge

The Solution

The booth is built in a rectangular shape with 90-degree angles, which simplifies assembly, disassembly, and adaptation to different venues.Instead of standard furniture, we proposed a modular frame made of composite materials.The structure is designed as modular and universal, allowing it to be reconfigured for various exhibition formats.

Meeting Room Design

Inside the booth, we designed a separate meeting room:

• Soundproofing : We used modular wall panels with enhanced soundproofing properties

• Sealed Door : Added a tightly sealed door

Lounge Area Design

Next to the meeting room, we created a lounge area:

• Comfortable Seating : Added comfortable seating for informal conversations

• Branded Space : Provided space for branded materials and light catering

• Minimalist Style : Preserved the overall minimalist style by using the same materials and finishes as in the rest of the booth

As a result, both the meeting room and the lounge area were seamlessly integrated into the overall architecture of the booth without disrupting the clean lines and minimalist design.

The client received a convenient, durable, and aesthetically pleasing solution that can be used at multiple events.Thanks to its modular construction, the booth:
